Reserving a property - We can take card payments at a property during a viewing, pay online, call our offices to make a card payment or visit one of our conveniently located offices in Glasgow or Paisley. Learmonts require a holding deposit to secure the property to take it off the market. A holding deposit is non refundable should you change your mind and decide not to take the property. This holding deposit makes up part of the total deposit you have paid. This will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy providing no deductions are required to be made. References are also required and we will conduct a credit search with your permission.
